@rinitealeaf I also use Fedilab but it doesn't look better than Tusky. It just has way more options to customize.

@rinitealeaf it's paid but you can customize everything and it has a lot of extras like being able to follow other server's public timelines.

I think part of the reason I'm having such a hard time finding a good instance fit is I'm a nerd who likes science but doesn't particularly like sci-fi, anime or gaming; I love horror & birding (but usually not at the same time); & I have jokes...just SO many dry jokes that my family & friends don't understand.
