@frumble hohl dir gute Bücher, setzt dich in dir Sonne, genieße die Zeit!Und vielleicht Momente, in denen du sonst aus Handy schauen würdest, bewusst wahrnehmen und was draus machen, z.B. den nächste Käfer einfach mal beobachten.Vielleicht auch ne art Tagebuch (zettel und Stift) führen..?

So today is #25May, and being a white nerd I surely appreciate #DouglasAdams and #TowelDay. But it is also the day that 1 year ago #GeorgeFloyd was murdered. So while carrying that towel (or not - it's really not that important!), I try to remember him and countless others that where killed by #racism , killed by racist people. And I also think of #BlackLivesMatter , and how (if!) I use my privilege, what I _actually_ do to make Black lives a little less at danger.

btw, this was my original list of possible answers:- I tag my toots, so _I_ will be able to find them again easily.- I tag my toots, so _others_ interested in that topic will find them- I use lots of hashtags in a toot to gain more reach- I aktively search hashtags, when im interested in something- I click on hashtags, to find more toots- I have a dedicated column to keep track of a specific hashtag- I don't use hashtags, as I don't see the point- I didn't use hashtags, but will do so from now on- I don't use hashtags, as I don't want my toots to be easily found- I use hashtags on unlisted post, as I want the ability to click and find more, while at the same time, I don't want my posts to be found. - other (comment) / result only. #Hashtags #usingHashtags #hashtag

Noch weitere Gedanken:- #RaphaelMoussaHillebrand musste erst mal diesen Preis gewinnen, um die Platform zu bekommen ( wem hören wir aktuell noch nicht zu, weil sie keinen Preis gewonnen hat ? )- super klare Sprache, klare Ansagen, gefällt mir sehr gut. ( Trotzdem freundlich, das ist wohl auch wichtig) - die Interviewerin sagt gegen Ende nur noch #RaphaelHillebrand - hat sie bestimmt abgesprochen, dass das ok ist. (Oder ?)- letzter Satz ist auch nochmal super, geht um die #FLINTA und #BIPOC - #Quote : “ Bei Frauen haben #Grüne und #dieLinke das schon kapiert; dass sie es für BIPOC nicht machen, zeigt, dass sie eben nicht an diesen interessiert sind.“- ich überlege mir, ob ich den Begriff #Breakdance weiter verwenden will ( gelernt: ist eine #Fremdbezeichnung )#dieUrbane #wemHörstDuZu

Manchmal spannend mich selbst, also meine Gedanken und Gefühle zu beobachten: Ich bin ja in die Verhandlungen für meinen aktuellen Job mit einer Gehaltsvorstellung von 85.000 € (brutto) / Jahr reingegangen und hab das auch bekommen. Ex-Kollegen überlegen jetzt auch was neues zu suchen, auf Xing zeigen ja manch ihre Gehaltswünsche: Eine*r hat 80.000 da stehen und ich merke, dass ich es nicht ok fände wenn er “so viel“ bekommt ( er hat weniger Jahre Erfahrung und auch nicht ganz so passend ) . Eine*r Andere*r hat da 60.000 drin stehen und ich denke: “echt, so wenig ist ok für dich?“ ...hab keine konkrete Frage, einfach mal Gedanken geteilt.
