@fcktheworld587 I'd like to suggest,if I may, that you don't 'blow up your neighbors house' or really anything about this, like that. I find when I get wound up a bit of time in nature helps.Siddhartha or some such about being near water and nature gives me some peace. Helps me rebalance.Not sure if that's your thing, but whatever version of this you have; nows a good time for it

@ben @theinstantwin So while Mastodon does this the newsroom has moved on and does not.Newspapers used to work hard to get any eyes on their pages. Each printed copy was claimed to be seen by 2-3 even 4 people. Idea being left at cafe, lunchroom more eyes to see pages.Now it's too tough and too much work to literally post on an extra app. I can only assume this newsroom doesn't have a tech section. Which is odd. No wonder the industry is dying

@chris @TCatInReality @Hey_Beth @gbhnews Solid take. Media corps full of tech reporters are resisting and/or ignoring Fediverse just like they did the web for years and years. It's always been weird that each org didn't have a tech just post links to fedi daily. Isn't the point of any social web, to drive clicks on the homepage?Bit different with (Sh)itter chasing everyone away. And Media is hand in hand with Corporations due to advertising, so there's built in barrier vs Blue/Thread
