       @PTG @carnage4life On one hand, I would love to just support all the independent booksellers over a corporate chain like B&N, but on the other hand, competing in our society the way it's built, they need the buying power of a chain to even stand a chance when their biggest competition is Amazon.So, if it's a choice of making them more like the indie stores, or losing that all together...

       Just saw a boosted toot that mastodon.art is planning to block mstdn.party within a week due to absent moderation.Anyone know what's up? I haven't seen moderation problems on this instance, and I also don't really have time to instance hunt again to move in order to stay connected to at least one mutual I have on that instance. >.<
