People speak of positive and negative vibes, but I don't understand. Vibes are normally changing quickly from positive to negative, being neutral on average. Unless the vibes have DC bias. Which is hard to do OTA.

Is there such a thing as a boost/buck #MPPT charge controller for #solar panels?The MPPT controllers that I can find all seem to be of the buck type, meaning that the rated solar panel voltage needs to be well above battery voltage, i.e. 20+ V for a 12V bettery.
