Woaw, look at this FLOSS-hostile move by Microsoft. According to their policies they have to take money from people to be able to provide Krita in the microsoft store. And because of that they write that they can get to the website to get it for free. But Microsoft doesn't like that (may be valid for some type of stuff tho) so now they aren't allowed to talk about downloading it on the website.https://krita.org/en/item/krita-in-the-windows-store-an-update/Very unfortunate#krita #opensource #microsoft

I think I've decided! I'm gonna fully move to @christoffer as my main account and gonna leave mastodon.art art or just not be active here.I love having a norwegian account and posting in norwegian, as well as snabelen.no is my own instance.This is a practical choice as well. @sean yes, although its not just a hobby to me. I'd like for things to improve common people's lives, and I'm not so certain anymore if the fediverse will do that.In my experience so far it seems like corporate projects are better at filling common people's needs while community and non-profits tend to be hostile, gatekeepy and are made people unfriendly.
