       So on the surface, this seems good right?Problems:1. This won't pass2. If it does pass, SCOTUS will shoot it down in judicial review3. The most insidious part is that he is capitulating to the ruling itself and only trying to carve out whether Trump's coup attempt was official, NOT overturn immunity broadly.
