@DingusTheStrix In the end "online social discourse" has very little impact upon the most important things in the real world. I never saw an argument on social media pay bills,fix utilities,or cure serious ailments! A lot of online drama is just "noise" that exhausts us and makes us feel overwhelmed. In truth it is often not relevant to us on a larger scale.

@DingusTheStrix Yeah,Dim nailed it. Not to say you cannot make friends on X or occasionally do something that's a net positive using social media as the catalyst. But there's spiritual radiation of collective darker-psyche-hive-mind human maliciousness you absolutely have to disconnect from once in awhile to keep your soul and mind intact!

Took me awhile. A re-do of an older piece I did just because I didn't like how Warren's head went off the page in the original. With Warren and Wren I always enjoy entertaining the concept of "eternal lovers" whom have found each other thru many life times. It is not a remotely original concept but it is a comforting one!The secondary theme? Just that tug of war on how religion and society handles lust and sex. We get beaten down for it, shamed for it, and called sinners (Or coomers) while in the same breath we're told it is empowering and healthy. Worse than that, a person can espouse both these opinions at once. It flip flops depending on the situation and whom is being addressed.

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is a good game. Yet I do feel as if Atlus has unintentionally constructed their own cage of limitations with what passes as "safe edginess". As in including mature themes that get sterilized just enough to not brush up against any mainstream controversy.I love how they still go balls to the wall with the more visceral or more sexualized demon designs. Now imagine if they applied that same creative approach to the actual in game scenarios.

Short term I've been anti social because I'm playing SMT V Vengeance and have been drawing a lot. Long term is more concerning because I have not been punctual at keeping track of time. Sticking to a schedule has proven difficult. I get energy in waves but also get fatigue in waves. Mania is as ever a double edged sword...

What's disheartening about Dispatch is most gamers liked the "decent guy options" and sincere chemistry between characters yet the devs are like "No, actually we wanted people to enjoy the cynical jerk bag options and the deconstruction of super hero tropes!".How do people whom hate idyllic super heroes make a decent super hero game? It's kind of like the Joker movie. It resonated with a lot of normal guys as the creative team behind it lamented over that very fact. Their full proof strategy? Make the second Joker flick a smarmy snooty musical to own the chuds!I hope that's not going to be the same fate with Dispatch 2.
