Does anyone really think there will ever be a, “return to normal”?Who in their right mind would open a restaurant, a retail store, or any business, knowing that some asshole governor can, arbitrarily, shut you down indefinitely? It is CRIMINAL what they have done to these brave entrepreneurs who risked everything. Why would anyone take that risk again?
