@Flick It will likely be quite amicable. We’re still living together at the moment. No one knows yet, it just sunk in. I want to be smart on moving forward. He’s a bit in denial about it. Of course he wants to immediately start sleeping with other women as we do a slow separation, which made me want to expedite it all the more. He’ll be kinda angry when he realizes I want to move faster than he does.

@Flick We have two kids, 10 and 16. He doesn’t want to shake his reputation and is afraid of losing a lot of our life and routines together. Not seeing the kids through daily activities. We’re in a small town and we are renting a home from my dad.

@Fullycaffeinated @Flick To clarify: You’d think the cliché, that I’m low libido, he’s high. But it’s we’re both high, but he doesn’t like my needs. A few years ago he told me to go find someone who can satisfy me, but to keep satisfying him. When my libido basically disappeared at such a proposal, he’s now been unhappy for the last couple years and can’t go one without enthusiastic sex anymore. Spoiler alert: male sex drive can be a super big bummer.
