@thecsb You can get a dog for free from a neighbor. But if it has to be the particular breed that Kylie Jenner just walked in Stockholm on her YouTube channel, then yeah it's going to be expensive.

@thecsb I volunteer at the local Humane Society several times a month and the most exhorbitant adoption fees I see are for dogs with heartworms who need treatment before adoption, and that is $800. Most adoption fees are $50. I don't know what "shelter" this woman adopted from.

@thecsbPeople usually scam themselves at the end of a dog's life, will sink thousands into getting their dog 3-6 months of life with a tremendously low quality where the poor dog is miserable but technically alive just because they are too selfish to let the dog pass.It's disturbing.
