       In 2012 I paid cash for a house. It was right at 22k. What a steal I thought. I spent another 10k fixing it up. I kinda miss that house. Someone did this to the 2nd bedroom and I never figured out why someone would paint it these colors

       They also did this to the kitchen for some reason. You can't see it in this picture but the sink had leaked and rotted the bottom of the cabinet out and they had just stuffed clothes in it. Like shirts, underwear, whatever and then put another piece of wood over it

       This one you probably could. I was fixing something in that place every day. The neighborhood wasn't awful but there was a liqour store and coin laundry in walking distance. I wasn't in the ghetto but I could see it from where I was
