       Why ask us to take a company wide survey that grades the company and our management team, if all you're going to do is retaliate against us because you're butt hurt over the survey results. You can't simply bribe us with food and kiss our ass with the expectation of getting a result you want. The surveys do exactly what they are designed to do. If the employees are not satisfied with the direction of the company and the management team, it's reflective in the score. It means do better.

       @KitKat nothing good ever comes from these surveys. You are better off filling out the best answer and convincing everyone else to do the same. Good management teams don't need these surveys because they are already engaged with their employees. Bad management teams use these surveys to retaliate. Nothing good ever comes from them.
