       Genetically, Rome (Italy more accurately) was not one group of people. Around the time of the founding of Rome, there were multiple different genetic groups, and at least one of them might have been an Anatolian new comer, but others came from the North.

       Its funny how Romans have that myth not realizing Troyans were greeks. Same language same looks same Gods, same origin (Anatolia) with all the other Greeks. Yes. Greeks invented rome too. (if you believe the myth, its not true)
