From the religious side of this I'm of the school of thought that Jesus was a carpenter. God was a builder. Why would a carpenter and a builder create an entire infinite universe for a single planet of people. Somewhere out there I do believe there are "aliens". I think they probably look and behave very similar to us because we have the same manufacturer. I also think like us they're probably standing on their planet looking at the sky and wondering where everyone else is too. I don't believe there are aliens traveling around the universe probing people and I think thats by design
