Lunch lolThis is why I hate hospital. It eats away at me every time. I get home and I get exhausted just walking from one room to another.Right now I'm trying to get up the energy to go open the other bag of hospital shit to take photos of the paperwork so i can send them to my chemist and change all my meds around.I have shopping on the way - lots of salad stuffs, that'll be easier once it arrives. There's just nothing handy, but I have to avoid hospital stays.

When my wife was in the hospital and they didn't want to let her leave because of low electrolytes, I brought in a few cans of coconut water for her to drink. She drank two and it brought her electrolytes up to where they let her go home. Their IV electrolytes did nothing - if they were really giving them to her, and not just saline so they could bill our insurance for a longer hospital stay.
