There should be no trial in cases like these anyway. The point of a trial is to determine facts that are in dispute. There are none in this case. It's caught wire to wire, clear as crystal on tape. From pre-meditation, to the act, to the aftermath/admission of guilt. A sane world would have a magistrate watch the video and lay down the sentence same day.
