@grumpasaurus It can never do anything that would be ... well you know real work if you needed to do it yourself. I'm surprised it didn't make up an answer eg. "I can't tell you which emails had the fastest response however emails with emoji's and images often lead to better response times. You are absolutely right that looking at the past performance of emails is a good part of a plan to improve them. ..."And five more paragraphs that say nothing.
