       @onan A lot of the recipes seem to be 10 years old (at least the Canadian ones). Could be interesting to see some modern recipes that incorporate antiinflammatory ingredients

       @Lifetron @onan It's good to keep vegan friends ( or enemies ) close. In case of a civilization collapse, they'll make for good sources of toxin-free meat.
