@HiroProtagonist @TechLibre The ancient polygamists found they could have multiple wives, but only one favorite. The other wives felt unloved. Western countries reflect this in divorce laws (divorce and remarriage is essentially serial polygamy).So yes, DOJ can be working on both - but only one can be the current favorite/focus.
