@MAKS23 Why not be honest about it? Trump and his supporters want to restrict voting rights for minorities, especially black and Latino communities, as well as for low-income individuals, elderly voters, people with disabilities, students and rural voters.

@VikingChieftain @joesticker @MAKS23 afaik, voter registration in all european countries is entirely automatic and elections always happen during the weekend or on sunday so that all people can vote, also ID cards are freein contrast, in the u.s. you need to manually register to vote, ID cards actually carry a cost so a lot of people living in poverty really don't want to spend the money on them, and voting occurs on tuesday when most people work and possibly can't make it in time or just plainly don't even want to go vote after a day's work
