       @UnCL3 Every video of these people I see convinces me more that the novel Starship Troopers had it right.  If you're going to have some kind of democracy, you should have to earn the right to vote.  Prove you're worthy, have some skin in the game, prove you're not a paste eating mouth breather.

The simplest requirement to implement today would be that you're a net tax payer.  You have to pay more in taxes than you receive from the government to be allowed to vote.
