       @7073M @viking For me this is a mystery.I am fairly tall and therefore I think that biceps curl must be heavier for me than for a short person.But compared to others who are about my own level, even if they are much shorter than me they do not lift mor in biceps curl.I am reading though that shorter lifters have some advantage.

       @7073M @viking I used to be. When I changed my diet, stopped eating bread, pizza, pasta, milk products and sugar.That fixed my stomach. I did that for 2 years, got even skinnier than usual but somehow looked strong. The low body fat made me look more fit than I probably was.After I fixed my stomach (IBS) I finally started gaining weight.Now I have the other problem. After decades of trying to gain weight I have to restrict my appetite or I just get fatI wish there was a middle ground
