       So much snow in the city! It's been years since I've experienced this, and had a fun work trip in today. They've obviously suspended ASP for two weeks, and there are still so many buried cars (including a $100k+ Maybach) all over. If you've got AWD and snow tires, and don't mind slamming your car into a snowbank there is SO MUCH parking 😅And NYC is great because it's not tradition (except in parts of Queens) to 'chair' a spot so everything is fair game!

       Which reminded me of an evening in December 2009. My lunatic boss had a 'mandatory' holiday party at her apartment on the UWS. There was a massive snowstorm, so it was all that much more important for us to show up since attendance was going to be low due to the storm.Trains were expected to shut down, and bald-tire cabs were a terrifying option. So I drove in from Brooklyn, and made it home like this at around midnight! Snow tires and 150lbs of gravel in the trunk 👍
