       Some advice please: I'm looking for a smart watch for my ageing father, which constantly tracks heart rate and heart rhythm. Needs to be easy to use and not mechanically fiddly, and I can help him with associated apps etc. I know absolutely nothing about smart watches and reviews on the web are a quagmire of slop, does anyone have any experience and recommendations?        @mothninja I have an Apple watch that I like, but it’s expensive and requires iPhone to ma sense. I have a colleague who uses a Fitbit watch to monitor her heart condition and health. It’s much cheaper and she seems happy with it.
