       People have already gone to jail for the Somali daycare stuff. This is retarded. The investigations into fraud have been ongoing. The real hard pill to swallow is that fraudsters get out of jail if they bribe the president.

       There have been on going investigations into this fraud. For example FOZIA SHEIK ALI was convicted in 2017 and sentenced to 2 years in prison.
