       I know a lot of folks are harping on using Matrix because Signal went down today, but I can't recommend a tool that I, a technical person, find unusable to non-technical people.It diminishes the argument of why these tools are better for them when a usable product with the same ethos emerges.

       Signal is a damn good product, regardless of its flaws. It's a great option for most people.You want people to use a decentralized messaging service? Build one that's better than Signal.

       @pwm Delta is a better option than Matrix. But, perhaps we shouldn't call folks who don't have time to dive into technology illiterate, though.
