I found kind of interesting piece of software! https://github.com/mkxp-z/mkxp-zDo you know what i do with interesting software if nobody done that before for me?Package it in nix of course (dont ask why)Do you know what i found here?Unholy combination of make and meson that, if i understood correctly, tries to compile SDL2_image even if it's installedAnd vars.sh with some... variables, huhAnd oh my, i will not build this todayOhIt's already 01:30...Okay, in that case, maybe i will build it today, just not nowI kind of afraid of this thing now, but, i hope, i will manage it somehow

Okay, problem is not in SDL2_image, it finds it and presumably usesBut... pkg-config now finds SDL2_sound but when you compile this it does not includes SDL2_sound's include directory in g++ includes and i dont really know what to do with it and where add what to fix this, i even consider just linking needed header file to source directory of mkxp-z, but this is cursed and not right way to do it at all

>../src/settingsmenu.cpp:940:47: error: cannot convert '_TTF_Font*' to 'TTF_Font*' in assignmentLovelyAnd what i'm supposed to do or at least think?..Like, if i understood things correctly, it still builds in github actions, so, problem is with libraries i provide?..what the hell

@WildPowerHammer it can happen if you confuse compiler with forward declarations and shitand it's indeed fucked up:in font.h they declare struct _TTF_Font and openBundled returns a pointer to that struct.however after that they keep using TTF_Font from I suppose SDL_ttf packageUnrelated but I also like this this:/* Dirty hack to get the FT_Face. * SDL_ttf will probably never move it from the beginning of the struct. */#define TTF_FONT_TO_FT_FACE(font) (*reinterpret_cast<FT_Face *>(font))Like bro at this point you can just use freetype directly
