       I've cut out so much fat and empty carbs and now I'm producing absolute cloggers. Dense 8 inch logs that don't break or bend even when I flush the toilet.  I had to flush like three times in a row so my shit would align into position to go straight down the toilet hole like a tetris long bar.  I don't know if the plumbing can even handle this.   I'm a high level shitter now.
