@BobLefridge @mementomaori I'd really like to understand more about his trajectory - whether he was always opportunistic, or something big happened to him, or if he was courted and persuaded - there is something to learn there I feel.

I’m not saying he’s corrupt, but his behaviour is indistinguishable from corruption. Also the declared amounts are embarrassingly small. Disappointing. Couple of thousand here, up to 10,000 there.
