@ChrisMayLA6 I don't see it as ageism but as a natural consequence of the medium. TV is a visual medium, and as such, I want the people I see on TV to be pleasing to the eye. Naturally, older people will have to leave. The positive spin here is that this directly counters age discrimination against the young!

@h4890 ha ha, yes I like the last point; on the first point, I think the difficulty is different standards being applied to me & women as they age
