       @shibao@misskey.bubbletea.dev YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSNow lets see how people react, the manga really were pretty light hearted and goofy in places whereas the movies and SAC has been mostly pretty serious (SAC had some exceptions). As much as people didn't like Arise it was the only adaptation I saw that managed to capture more of that goofiness.

       @reldred@social.bcicorporate.com @shibao@misskey.bubbletea.dev like what happened they were tasked with putting 2 screen how the gang met and how the major learned to serve like 24/7 and it ended up being so boring i forgot almost all of it. wasnt it abt like some nerd shit abt the major falling in love with some male manipulator and then like she recruited like one or two and blackmailed the rest to join or some shit? there was no real arc 2 it 4 the major either i actually liked and understood her less by the end of it like this is reverse character development wtf
