@DaddyO she needs to be made an example of so that others in the medical community know that this shit is not tolerated at all.

@Max_Imum Jail is a minimum sentence from my perspective. The Death Penalty is appropriate in this case. Urging others to murder people through health care absolutely merits execution.

@DaddyO I'm torn, your punishment is appropriate but I do not like the State killing people. I think we need to make life in prison something worse than death. This way the State stays consistent. We have laws against killing people so the State shouldn't be in the business of killing people. Military is different.Prison should also be a rehabilitation facility to help prevent people from recommitting crimes. We do a very poor job of this in the US and I believe it's on purpose. Job security

@Max_Imum Honestly, I think life in prison is far worse than the death penalty. If I were in that situation, I'd definitely opt for the death penalty as the more merciful option.I agree that some crimes/criminals deserve a rehabilitation opportunity, but I believe there are others, both in nature of personality and of crime, that need to be permanently cashiered for the cause of justice and the good of society and of the criminal himself.

@Max_Imum The other problem with life in prison is that, in times as corrupt as ours, there's nothing to stop Progressive haters of all things civilized from becoming governor and just granting pardons to everyone, or corrupt DAs changing parole parameters. It's not an easy problem to solve, but I think the death penalty serves a role as part of the calculation.

@DaddyO I've been a victim of false arrest. A good friend of mine's kid was a victim of false accusations of a heinous crime. I don't trust our system and death is too permanent. Innocent people get convicted. My buddy's kid's lawyer found that this lady had done the same exact thing to 3 other men, was a known liar but hadn't been punished for lying so she kept doing it. He sued her in civil court and won but she has no money to pay. Lol justice 😞

@DaddyO corrupt DA's are a huge problem currently. My sister got attacked, grand theft and assault. The lady admitted to the whole thing. She got 2years probation. She also had a criminal history for drugs and violence. It's bullshit and these kinds of DA's need to be thrown out of office / stripped of their credentials.

@Max_Imum Yeah, we probably currently have the worst legal system we possibly could at this moment in history. I wish false accusations were punished automatically with the same sentence that the person was trying to foist on the other party - but that's just wishful thinking. At least for now. We're damned if we do. Damned if we don't.

@DaddyO yup, it's just like the homeless problem it is incredibly difficult to solve. It's going to take decades to just undo the damage that has been done to our country by retarded policies.
