       Heads up to New England small dog owners: A client of ours let his little dog out to pee last night. Gone. No fence. Probably coyote. Use a leash and stay out with them!😪

       @Zennagain I hate coyotes, we have a pack near us, I scared the off once, I hope I have the opportunity to kill some of them.

       @Phil I think they are beautiful but better not mess with my little dogo! I would set up a friggin tree stand if they got over the fence and past my big shepherd! We have tons of deer for them to hunt. People are stupid though. You don't leave little dog out ever around here! In daylight a hawk or eagle can take.

       @Zennagain I always did that until my little boy Max jumped out in traffic and I watched a Chevy Suburban's tire roll right over him. Amazingly he only got a fractured hip. I thought for sure he was dead. I don't do that anymore

       @Max_Imum Working at veterinary hospital for 19 years,  I see all the bad stuff! I crack windows so they can sniff and drool.😂 Many fall out going around corners, even!

       @Zennagain We have all those threats, so only have big dogs. The problem with coyotes is that they are excellent at getting over fences and will eat my wife's animals. They've come around twice, first time I wasn't home and wife just let the dogs out and that scared them off. Second time I shot at them but they were far away and it was very dark, but it scared them off.  Fortunately our dogs alert us when they come near in the middle of the night. It amazes me that they wake up and know.
