@Nonilex oh you want to know how the USA deals with the browns? Iraq’s foreign oil sales are made in USD and stored at the federal reserve. Once a month, the fed sends them the money in cash on pallets. Except for when they displease the admin somehow and then the cash stays put. The UN ordered the USA to stop this practice and return control of oil sales back to the Iraqi government in *2011*, they’re still waiting.

@Nonilex Pretty sure it’s not legal. There is a longstanding statute which essentially says that all monies collected or received by the Government *shall* be deposited into the General Fund of the Treasury. The only exceptions are deposits into accounts that are specifically authorized to receive them (like Social Security). They (Vought) know this. There isn’t any statute that authorizes deposit of public money in some fucking foreign account that the People can’t access.
