However ignoring the wider political context seems willfully obtuse (not on your part, on the part of the physiognomyphile).New reporting btw, per CBP's report on the incident: the initial shot was not a ND from petti's sig, it was a second officer (or, first, I guess) shooting petti before the mag dump. So the first keystone cop didn't even have the 'loud noise scarry' excuse before popping the guy, and then second keystone cop unloaded into an already-shot guy.
