       @gerrymcgovern We don't have a shortage of water, we have a shortage of energy, and we have available to us the technology to resolve that.We can live in near starvation voluntary austerity and plot around in horse drawn carriages up to our necks in horseshit, or we can build the necessary infrastructure for the future.  I choose the latter.
