This conversation has happened many times over the years. There is no end.But to escape is to cede awareness of the world (that one doesn't have in the first place), which is a very hard thing to do in the online era. Disconnecting means missing out on potentially important things.But on the other hand, maybe I can learn to just read a book while trusting that the world is going to hell every single day as usual.
