       @picofarad I was told by the folks here that peanut oil is bad and I should deep fry in beef tallow instead.Not putting my donuts in beef oil.

       REFINED Coconut oil... neutral flavor, high smoke point. Dont use regular coconut oil as it leaves behind a coconut essence...unless you WANT coconut flavored donuts.

       @tj i always liked the flavor of peanut oil; but i have no idea how it's "made". i just know i can get 5 gallons of it at walmart, made in my state.
