@Richard Yeah, but it doesn't matter which angle you look at, the shirt puffs before the wound appears, and the flesh near the wound area bulges prior as well. Conjecture is that the neck wound was accidental, and the original plan was to claim rifle round to the chest (still a kill shot with 30-06). Likely shrapnel or skin tearing from internal pressure wave via explosion created the wound we saw, hence the nonsense 'shot in the neck' as on the fly CYA effort
