       Another quandry.Superman is invulnerable - so if you try to burn him alive with a flamethrower, it's not going to hurt him.  If you shoot him with a bullet, it bounces off and doesn't hurt him.But does this mean he has no sense of touch?  Can he not feel the heat from a cup of coffee?  Or a hug?  Can he not feel any sensation of pressure, like the silky smoothness of satin or the rough texture of burlap?

       @DaddyO David Farland's The Runelords series dealt with this a lot.  in the fantasy universe you could have a volunteer give up his/her strength or beauty, speed, charm, will, grace etc  the person would then need to be cared for, so long as the person was alive, the receiver would have that power.  if receiver died it would return to the grantor.but super strong muscles had to also get a gift to strengthen the bones and ligaments. etckinda depressing ina way that superpowers created cripple

       @DaddyO no he feels pain but just can deal with it. He's screamed in pain when hit with lasers. He also felt bad around kryptonite. He's just not a pussy that yells about a stub toe.
