@Pi_rat @sally Yes, a DSLR from 15 years ago runs proprietary software - but the manufacturer doesn't demand you accept a proprietary license, does not offer updates and the device doesn't have a backdoor that allows for pushing out updates, as it doesn't connect to the internet - it's a camera.
