       I feel that my adhd is pretty bad that I feel more wakeful when slightly sleep deprived presumably because my mind is taking it slightly slower

       @pernia Yeah, but every time I finally get a hold on myself it catastrophically fails later on, and the feeling of work debt, nearing and past deadlines and crushing regret make it difficult to focus.Though ik that in the end I'm too much of a whining child not wanting to come out of my comfort zone ig

       @meeper yea i've definately felt that.i definately feel more productive when i'm focused on a single task or subject, and work on it to the very end, almost with a certain hyperfocus. juggling subjects sucks. you gotta write tasks down to not feel overwhelmed, switch tasks despite being saturated already. i like intensive summer courses better because of that.
