       this instance, poa.st is nice because has 5000 character limit = 10 times what mastodon instances offer which is 500so here another thoughts about hope being bad:“hope is treacherous because it acts as a comforting illusion that masks the true severity of our suffering, tricking us into enduring pain rather than trying to escape or resolve it. Hope is not as a virtue, but a mechanism that stretches out human agony and prevents us from facing the harsh truths of existence with strength” … so in other words: 1) don’t base your decisions on hope that things will work out or work at all just because you hope, 2) stop hoping and start acting towards other people, other companies, other organisations, other hobbies, other side projects, etc 3) due to gen AI revolution everything is in flux so regularly (each month?) reevaluate situation and also your hopes: life is short  and you don’t want to waste time
