       @tregeagle last year at the museum there was an exhibition with several paintings of Cornish and Australian mining landscapes.  Including ones of Broken Hill. I forget the name of the artist.

       @dctrud is that the gallery in Truro? I'll be over in May, perhaps it's worth a visit. Last October I visited our local gallery there were a few good old mining scenes although I was more keen on the more colourful paintings, https://tregeagle.com/blog/paintings-in-bh/
