       Apparently the shot from the dudes SIG P320 may have actually been a misfire, it seems to have fired after being in law enforcement custody and the LEO's finger was visibly not on the trigger when fired. Sig does it again!

       @Shadowman311 while that is certainly a mitigating factor, ICE initial force against the woman he was trying to protect - - he was killed engaging in self-defence.  ie whether they actually pulled the trigger or bopped him on the head with the gun is irrelevant - he's dead because of ICE aggressionIt's still Unintentional Murder (Inflicting Bodily Harm) at least and probably Unintentional (Felony Murder)
