Today is Australia Day. Its a public holiday where Australians attach small flags to their car's antenna and drive around the streets yelling "Oi!" before drinking ourselves into a stupor at a BBQ.If you haven't heard of Australia, according to Wikipedia its the flattest driest continent on earth and mega diverse, which doesn't sound very white at all although it was once classed the whitest continent on earth as well as the driest.

While I sit here waiting for the incoming tide hopefully bring some clean surf, here's a typical Australian song that according to Wikipedia was written by an English migrant who lived in Bundaberg and came here as a child about the sounds and smells of the subtropics reminding him of the misery he felt his parents divorced soon after the families arrival. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ML9h3I5Uktw
