       @voltrina Damn, that price makes off-grid solar+batteries+invertors economically work out, even with a the huge cost of the proprietary software for the battery.Is the end goal making petrol-generated power cheaper to use?

       @voltrina Oh wait, a diesel generator can end up costing ~$0.34USD/kWh; https://learnmetrics.com/generator-cost-per-kwh-diesel-propane-natural-gas-gasoline/That seems less, but you need to remember that a diesel generator needs to be decently loaded to be efficient and needs maintenance and part replacement after just a few dozen hours of generators (only turbine based generators have very long run-times between mainteanace) - so it would only really start making sense when it hits 1€/kWh
