As I expected, the C++ committee now tries to shove the std::optional<T&> into low-level APIs making an unusable mess.

@vitaut I spend some weeks trying to optimise my librairies compile time. Found out most of the offender are std headers...Bitset takes 168ms to be included, 158 ofnit being due to including string.I incude functional and get rewarded by having to pay the cost of ranges...
