       @truthbait Remember the case from BART where the cop thought he was reaching for his taser but pulled out his gun instead? There are risks to fighting with cops, and this guy was clearly not going to allow himself to be arrested. What a moron.

       @amerika Yup. But this wasn't even that. He was actively attempting to interfere with the detention of his friend, while struggling with cops and carrying a chambered weapon. It's not the cops fault in any way that the gun went off in the process of disarming him. And it was totally logical for the other cops to start blasting when the shot went off. This is 100% a good kill. It's ALL on him. The cops should sue the dude's family for money to pay for his counseling and relocation.

I do not understand how these people think that fighting the cops is not going to end bad.The point of protest is to let them arrest you and clog the system, not try to beat them up and then get owned.Also peaceful protesters do not carry weapons.
